My own little gym

Im going to be setting up my own little gym with weights and punch bag but like many people I have neighbours who have good hearing and im not too keen on keeping half the country awake. I want to know where i can get sound proof tiling for the walls and ceilings and a heavy duty damage resistant floor or adhesive to stop those heavyweights falling through the floor. Any help or advice appreciated.
