            with surgery they say you can be 6".....jj

            Seriously, it depends on your frame and athleticism. If you are naturally thin maybe 160-180, medium 180-199, and large 200+.

                I don't expect to get any larger than 170 and even thats going to take a lot of work. Just hope I can afford the grocery bill.

                        I eat about 4 meals a day now over 2000 calories and I just maintain. I spend about 100-200 wkly. but I have a wife and two kids that are involved.

                          I have a feeling if when I quit smoking I will blow up. I quit for a month one time and I gained about 15 pds.

                            Reason why I had the yama sign on my arm is because I was one of the bigger people at the club....WAS
                            At work the dutch guys are even bigger than me, only the non dutch are smaller way smaller like below 5'6"

                            I will probably start to bulk up a little after I start training again in september after a 3 year sebatical
                            strange thing I never gained much weight after I stopped training
                            ( Wado is so bloody effecient that it doesn take much efford ;-) )
                            Taken the dumbels out, hung up the bag and started to prepare so maybe 220 lbs in the near future, muscle I hope, because I like my döner

                              WC and JKD, I would say medium build works best

                              I am going to do MMA called freefight for some reason or another in my country so could use the bulk up maybe even to 230-240, totaly different from Wado wich relies mainly on speed

                                BTW those are called spurs in Texas, not high heels.
