I was doing a front push kick and i tried to do it really hard and for some reason a muscle in my groin/pelvis started to hurt like hell. It doesnt hurt when i walk a lot but when i sit down and try to move ma leg its really hard to not to swear the whole house down.
any tips?(besides go see a doctor)
