I'm a newbie to Muay Thai, and was wondering what are some exercises to improve the speed and power of my punches and elbows? Also, any tips on practicing my thai kick? I shadowbox like hell at home, but can only use the heavy bag when im at the gym (which is like 2 hours a week), cause i can't really find a place to put one in the ceiling at my house without pissing of my parents (Im 17, I live at home). Are there other kinds of heavy bags I can get that are smaller and more mobile?Is there any other equipment I should get for home (Focus pads...BOB...etc) and where can I get it at a good price? thanks in advance for responses.
