Technique over strength?

Wow, someone else on here is from Alexandria!!! I am actually in Radford VA right now for school. I will be back for christmas for awhile, and then over the summer. If you want a training partner for BJJ then im up, but I havnt done any kickboxing. Where in alexandria do you take classes?

I dont take classes in Alexandria, I actually take Mixed Martial Art classes in DC (email me for further info). Im as new at grappling as I am at thai kickboxing but sure Id love to train. Have you done any Reality based self defense stuff? Im kind of interested in learning some
