  • Hand/wrist wraps

    Ok...So today I had my third MT class but im not so sure about wrist/hand wraps...can any1 help me out with this? Like how to wrap basically. I would really appreciate it.

      There are various methods on the web (just search on google) such as:





      I just made up my own method so I could get extra support where I needed it. It's personal preference really as to how much protection you want and where.

        you can basically wrap them around, making sure you caover your knuckles and wrist so as to give protection and support. However, if you're a heavy hitter, or as your technique improves you might want to double over your wraps over your knuckles. It gives more protection and wraps round the palm of your hand are a bit of a waste anyway. At least that's how i do it, but as has already been said, ask your coach, and figure out what's best for you.
