      "Anyways i know you've probally heard this before and i dont want to sound like on of those teachers; but everybody learns at your own pace. If you do learn slowly just accept it and work around it. After all does it really matter if other people learn quicker than you? You may not like it, but you can compensate for it and accept it. As long as you learn and you have it for live (given that you practice occasionally and stay in shape) you have it for live, once you've burned it in."

      HandtoHand is quite right on this one. Just be patient on your training and you'll be fine. Im not gonna repeat him anymore because it's pointless . But I will commend you for sticking your nose out and asking for help. Just because people learn slowly doesnt mean they can't try and learn faster right? Listen to these guys on this thread and you'll learn a lot. Im not gonna say anything because I'll pretty much be repeating what these guys are saying.

      Anyways, just listen to your intructor about improving your power. If he is a good instructor he will help you overcome this obstacle. If he can't then I suggest you find yourself a new club. Well, don't quit and train hard!!!

        Thanks for all your help i will train hard and I think my power has increased a bit by changing the range hiting the kick a bit late ,waiting for the knee to reach at the right range, but height is still a problem

          And one more thing the power reduces as my kick gain height. Why is that so?
