  • Training Tips For Muai Thai

I want some training tips from all of you Muai Thai fighters out there. I know that Muai Thai fighters are probably some of the best conditioned fighters in the world and want to follow a similar curriculum. So any kind of info. you give me will be great. Anything from how many push-ups, sit-ups, or weights you lift.
