    Ok i joined a kick muay thai box class yesterday and had my first lesson
    now my legs are hurting and my arms (all day) and tommorow is the next lesson what should i do to get rid of the pain (lol, my english..)

        Hot Epsom salt baths work really well. Soak for about 15-20 min then rinse with a cool shower. Something as simple as stretching works too; or you can go get a massage. Once your body gets use to the work-out, it won't be so bad. Congratulations and good luck!
