Hey everyone i'm new to the forum as well as a beginner in Muay Thai. I was hoping if anyone out there could give me some advice on training and conditioning when not in class. I'm a consultant so i tend to travel on business quite a bit and I don't want to be stuck at beginner level everytime i come back to the gym. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
