so like, my cardio is getting better and better, yet im not doing enough? im not really sure i fallow u.
plus ikken, wtf do u know about how hard i fight. please people, keep ur bs assumptions to urselves.
the better your cardio gets the more you should be pushing yourself. instead of doing 100 kicks kicks before changing pads, do 150. instead of doing 30 press ups between sets, do 40. go as hard as possible in each set. if i went as hard now as I did in my first lesson I would hardly break a sweat.
