Originally posted by YinboxerThank you for sending me to such a great thread! That is a nice story, but it seems to be about how a group of guys fought another group of guys. Training in the ring can teach you some skills that may be useful against knuckleheads, but I was referring to a true self defense situation where you are outclassed and/or outnumbered. Just because "legal" moves worked in this situation, it does not mean it will work for a woman who is all by herself or even a guy who is jumped in an alley. All I am saying here, is that most likely an attacker is not going to fight fair, and you need to be prepared to do whatever is necessary to defend yourself. I'm not saying you need to kill the other guy every time.
I think its a good idea to allways learn something new, especially if it will help you survive.

While I don't have enough time to read all 10 pages, I think women Martial artists are sexy as fook. Athletic, confident, active, often toned and muscular, usually not subservient, mousy or quiet.
So: any MA gals that want to do some no gi work please apply via PM.
We can work on the triangle, and I need some practice working from within the guard. I struggle with the bump mount escape too, wouldn't mind practicing it a little...

I'm sure you also like practicing that "bump" escape when one has your back as well.
Ya FREAK!
