  • New bizz need help.

    Hi everybody my name is Chris I m 25 and I live in Hong Kong but I m originaly from Belgium.I already practice english boxing for 1 years and stop and now just strat muay thay.

    I use to work out a lot and gain around 10kg I m 1.73m for 80kg..but I have deceide to stop working out and be focus on my muay thay training.

    I m a personal trainer so a good enough free time to train in the morning and afteroon.

    I just need some help to organise my training.

    I m thinking about doing.

    MONDAY:Weight but circuit trainig in the morning Push up medecine ball,sit up,chin up,dips,squat jumping on the Bosu,shoulder,..

    for 4 rounds at the beginning and so on...

    AFTERNOON:RUNNING FOR 45 MIN.

    TUESDAY:Pad in the morning and run afteroon

    WENDSDAY:Weiht circuit afteroon run

    Thursday:Pad PM RUN

    Friday:weight PM RUN

    Saturday:PAD.

    My target is to bild my speed and decrease my weight to be able to fight in a categorie suitable for me.

    So if anybody get any suggestion I m really open.

      Yes my friend own a gym here and get a really good level in different discipline.

        I live in HK, I train in Wanchai and just wondering what the gym is? I am intreseted in training in another gym to try some new sparring partners and techniques.

          The gym of my friend is call IMPAKT and just open a few month ago.

          The adress is pottinger street central number 10 20 floor tel 2167 7218.

          At the moment I just start muay thay and my level is low but I try to build up...

          And you where do you train??

            No, I am not chinese,I moved to HK from the UK.

            I spoke to Impakt a while back but the girl said they did Kickboxing not ThaiBoxing. That why i never went there.

            I train at K1 Gym in Wanchai.

              When are you available to make a free trial at IMPAKT???

              I will be there on saturday 12:45 to make the kick boxing class...

              Sorry about the women from the reception she just start and don t really now about martial art...

              I really suggest you to have a try there the atmosphere is very good the equipement brand new and the insturctor highly qualified.

              How much do you weight?Do you have good experience??

              I just start but really enjoy and hope to move forward...my dream will be to fight before my 26 years old.

                I'm off to Sydney this weekend for a week but I will defintely pop in to the Gym when I get back into HK.
