Help!!!
I am very interested in learning Muay Thai new or old style but the only school i found teaches Wushu, Traditional Kung Fu, Muay Thai, and some other stuff. I sat in on a class and saw mostly Wushu. I already take Wushu by the way.so if anybody's willing to help, can u see if u can find a school in South Florida, around North Miami, Hollywood, or Ft. Lauderdale Area. thank u

School in S. Florida
What school did you go to? I just started training Muay Thai at what I think is a great school in Davie FL. They have a few Pro Fighters who train there and many armatures. The schools name is American TKA. www.americantka.com.
The classes are on Tuesday & Thursday at 7pm then on Sat at 9am. Saturday’s class is harder then the rest the teacher pushes harder and expects more on Saturday. Give them a shot. -
looks pretty cool, is it mostly muay thai or every thing mixed 2gether. I went to watch the martial arts class at the YMCA in Hollywood. I used to do TKD 4 3 years but i was more flexible then and i remember nothing of it.Comment

There are other classes but the Muay Thai class is a Muay Thai only class from the boxing to the power kicks to conditioning. My only wish is it was a longer class. I say this now but after the hour I am just dead.
Don't worry about remembering anything form TKD or how flexible you are everyone starts out slow and builds. I just started training for the first time in
over 18 years with in the first three classes I started to pick up on all the moves and my strength and flexibly improves with every class. Look I don't know how old you are but I am 38 and if I can do then anybody can.Comment
