That's the distance you'd have to move your pinky in order to not sound like an idiot. I know the burden of pressing shift to capitalize is a great one, but c'mon, you can do better than that. I used to type emails in caps like yours, but then I decided that I didn't want a job mixing concrete.

Just have to keep up conditioning, my shins right now... bruised to fcuk.
But I cant let a little brusing stop me from training, regardless of what people say "to let it heal" psh.

I am not very old and I haven't been doing any sort of MA, but I know that I could be very good if I really applied myself. I turn 17 in a week or two, and I have been too busy looking into colleges and things like that to really get into anything right now. I have considered doing Judo or BJJ and I think that would really help out my overall fighting since I am already training in boxing a bit. I am about 180 lbs. and 6 feet 3 inches tall. My long arms help out with my boxing quite a bit, but I just wonder if learning BJJ or Judo would be a good idea. What do you guys think?

I can keep up with some ranked amateur guys who've had up to 5 fights, but I can't hang with the guys who are more experienced than that. Some of these fellows are starting to live in the gym, are very serious about their fight game and have the ability to dedicate hours per day to training.
I am greatfull for the more experienced fighters who help out, sometimes bringing up the intensity level now and then, but never with bad intentions.
I am also greatfull for the coaches and professional fighters who are brilliant about stregthening your weaknesses and good at bringing out your strengths.

Been fighting since '93...fought in a toughman contest in '98 (yes, Art Dore was there) and lost my semi final round (could have won the money had I got past the speedy boxer dude). Then turned Pro...won a 7 round fight for the U.S. PKL Middleweight Title in 2001. Retired after that, but since having my team, Team Roundkick for about a year now, I am getting the "itch" again and I will fight again soon. I have several junior fighters (from 8 yrs old and up) and a few adults...the team is doing great. Check us out at www.teamroundkick.com.
Peace!

I've been training for about 5 years....but only fighting for 2.
I have 7 amateur fights. I love to fight, but I still have a lot to learn!
For now life is forcing me to take some time off. I plan to start fighting again in a year or two...So watch out all you 140-150 lbs. amateurs, I'll be back! Well maybe you wont have to watch out for me...I'll be over the HILL by then

I've been training for about 5 years, and I'm teaching now. I'd like to fight, but I have a few injuries (shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle) that I have to get fixed before I can train hard enough to fight.
