        I wish I took it up earlier, but at least I've started my 2 kids young !!!

        I can't think of a healthier lifestyle than Thai-Boxing
        Insane cardio, plus, good healthy dieting etc. Plus there are some cool cats doing it in Ottawa.

        I mean at 35 I know I'm never going to Be Buakaw or Dekkers, but it sure is a healthy lifestyle, and a sure fire way to woop some ass !~!!

          good job let the good times roll on
          keep at it you can do muay thai for a LONG time!! i know a guy at 65 still doing it!!(he doesn't do fights anymore but still trains with the best of them)
