  • Upper Body Muscle

My question is,How will Upper Body Muscle and Strength ultimately effect my lower body? Ive been working on building muscles on my chest,Biceps,Triceps,Shoulders, and Back, but I havent been working out on my legs,I only Practice The Roundhouse kick and the front leg kick. (So far that I learned)

    Dopey,

I think you should ask the "reverse" question: how will not working my legs affect my upper body performance?

Do you train kickboxing seriously? Muay Thai? Are you competing or going to compete in the future? New fighters, often get rubber, noodle legs in their first few fights due to nerves, and sometimes just lack of proper training. You need to build your legs up also, to be conditioned enough to support the performance of your upper body. Get your body balanced. That is my suggestion first.

You should try increasing your stamina as well.
