Just do what ever your trainer tell you to do.

Your mental condition is very important. You have to want to fight. A good test of your mental condition is to be in the corner of someone you know and have trained alongside. I've seen my friends train very hard, following the above schedule six days a week for a month, and then get in the ring and still get defeated.

I agree your mental conditioning is very very important. That has always been my problem. If you are serious about muay thai your physical conditioning will be fine. Do as much simulation training as you can. What I mean is to train to be able to go all out if you have too, and be able to take big shots if you have to. The best thing to remember is that you know you have trained just as hard as or harder than your opponent. If you KNOW that you'll be fine. Go get em!
