    Stretching is synergistic, meaning there is an order which, if followed, gives more positive benefits. I suggest you buy the book "Stretching" by Bob Anderson. Not only does it give you individual stretches for specific muscles, and soreness; it also has routines for different activities.

          wall splits seem like a pretty good thing to try. I'll have to try that out sometime.

          But if you need a full stretching routine. I do have one lined out in my book.
