In the January 2006 issue of "Stuff" magazine, there is an interesting article about teens on the Thai/Burmese border pitting Muay Thai against Lethwei (Burmese Boxing). It looks pretty brutal. No gloves, and not too many rules. If you get a chance, pick it up and take a look.
