I'm new to MT, just shy of my third month of training, and have a few concerns involving my punching technique, specifically being my uppercut. I've been watching a few instructors, and have seen them performing the uppercut with 1) their thumb towards their face and 2) their palm towards their face and was wondering which was proper form?
Also, my punching is rather weak in my opinion and was wondering if there are any exercises I could do at home to improve the power behind my punching.
