  • Military Muay Thai?

does anyone know anything about lerd rit and its effectiveness?
and ive heard that all the strikes and kicks from ring muay thai are also a part of lerd rit,so by learning the military muay thai you would also be learning the sport only with joint locks and other strikes??? id like to know more about
the lerd rit and chao cher any input would be great.

    check the "search" button, man.
there's a bit of info people have put up about lerd rit, all the old muay arts, krabbi krabong, bando, and a whole bunch of the mainland South East Asian arts. I'd say something, but I'm by no means an authority, and some of the people here REALLY know their stuff. (I don't want to look like an idiot...any more than usual.)
