  • Best Muay Thai Camp in Bangkok??

    Hello,

Can someone please recommend me a muay thai camp that is near the Bangkok Airport. Thank you.

Pls give a little more detail what you need to do. It would be kind of useless if you want to train MT while on transit. The jet lag and hustle and buzzle in and out of airport would kill your endurance needed for the training. And what is the best gym depends on your individual requirements.

      Hello Sportmuaythai,

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking of stopping by Bangkok for one week before I head to Vietnam to visit relatives. I'm not for certain yet, but am just looking for some training options in Thailand. I have yet to find a muay thai school in Vietnam on the web, which would save some time and money.

I'm listing web site of a gym that is very acceptable, training wise. While it's in Bangkok, it's not all that far from the airport. I've trained with kru Jitti, and he is good. I don't know about his other trainers though, since it has been over two years since I trained with him, and that was when he was with another gym. My friend said that his new gym doesn't look as clean.. But it is very accessable by subway. Also, you can pay per session. If you like the training, you can negotiate with him for lower weekly fee. Other wise post here, and I'll come back with more option.

Best wishes for your training in Thailand.

I have a friend who trained at Jitti Gym in Japan and has nothing but good things to say about the school. There are many good gyms in Bangkok but they can be hard to find physically, meaning unless you have a specific address you can end up getting close but still a few blocks away. Many used to require a personal introduction for a farang to train, so I think Jitti Gym would be a great way to get a good week of training for any number of reasons.
