  • License required to corner fights??

I am assisting my Kru in cornering 4 of our fighters this saturday in Rawee(sp?) NJ. My turn to fight is Sep. 29th He said I have to get licensed to do so. Anyone from NJ, or know anything about the licensing process? Is this something I can just get done the morning of the fights? Thanks in advance.

Go on the net and look for NJ State Athletic Commission or under Larry Hazzard (the president).

Odd, I've cornered fights in NJ without a license....

Not a new rule.... I guess you don't need a license to corner amateur fights, only pro, so I am all set

        Thanks for the info Paco

it may depend on what circuit your running on, when it's for amateur fights. In pro fights you have to havne a license, and sometimes you can get them at the fights, but your better off contacting the people that run the circuit first and get it beforehand. But, the athletics commission maybe of help. The athletics Commission usually hanve there hands in that, exspeically when your getting more into full contact sports
