This is my first muay thai fight. I did it the 17 of september 2006. ( Today as iam posting this ) It was an amature fight with protection.

Harem Mohamed 55.5 kg. 0 fights. Umeå Muay Thai.
09:00am.
I got to the gym. With some fighters already there. My heart did beat fast and I was nervous. In just three hours I am going to fight. I tried to read a book and I just waited.
10:30am.
The medical exam. I hate to take my blood pressure. It doesn’t know it just makes me feel sick. But after three retakes I was ready to fight.
11:20am.
My friends started to drop in and I began to worm up. A trainer started to rub the liniment in and then I did some light mitts training to get going. I was really pumped up about now.
12:00.
The fights began and I was up for fight number two.
I entered the ring and did my ram muay. My opponent however didn’t do it.
Round 1.
As the fight began I noticed that he had really good punches. I couldn’t win by boxing here. But I tried some different techniques. The first round was his.
Round 2.
My trainer told me to avoid to go in to his range and instead concentrate on counter attacks. So I began to use the push kick much. But still his punches were hard so I went back. But the second round was mine on pointes as I felt it because I hade hit him with much kicks to the body.
Round 3.
This was where I began to think I was about to lose when he punched me much and now he did lots of push kicks with pushed me away pretty much. I wasn’t so behind in this round, just slight. I got some nice kicks to his ribs and the fight ended. And I had managed to do a jumping kick that landed really nice at his jaw. It wasn’t so hard though since this was a beginner fight with protection. And no Knock outs.
After.
I lost the fight but I learned much from this first fight and I can’t wait to the next one. And that one I am going to win.
