I'm a TKD gal, my roundkicks are (in essence) pick up leg cocked, point knee at target and pull the trigger. It's OK, I can stand on one leg for a long time...
However, someone here mentioned the *Muai Tai Style* and I got to wondering...how exactly is that? not so much lower leg work and more from the hip?
