The diet seems pretty bare. What about vitamins, fruits, etc...

      "smart diet, smart fighter"

Basically I eat sensibly, and leave one free day on the weekend for all the fried nonsense and sweets one could want. Why the "free" day? Its better than going 4 weeks on a strict diet and then binging.

But a clean diet 6 out of 7 days, avoiding all the bad, sweet, fried, high fat stuff is a must. Make sure you also have healthy stuff to snack on at any random time during the day, its the snacking that kills alot of ppl. Life is not that complicated. If your diet is sloppy, then u guessed it, so will you.

The program is simple enough to follow, GOOD LUCK

...how many of you guys know about metabolic changes due to a cessasion in smoking? In the past 3 weeks since I quit...I've jumped from 155-175. No shit. Some of it is muscle, but there is a definite flabbiness beginning to grow around the stomach....my diet has stayed the same, and my level of exercise, especially aerobic, has increased during this time...

what the **** is going on? The weight gain doesn't bother me, I'd be happy 145-185...just so long as I'm cut and it's muscle...why all the fat gain after I stopped smoking and started jogging more? It doesn't make sense!

I think firstly, if you're mates a body builder, you don't wanna be following the same kind of diet as they are made for putting on muscle and not exactly for MMA fighter, secondly diet, training and preparation should be considered as a whole and www.winyourmmafight.com is the ideal place for you for information which gives a Blueprint That Reveals The 3 Keys To Successful Training, Diet And Preparation For Victory In An MMA Fight!
Have a glance and you will get answer to your question.
