youll learn what exercises to do when you go.
i could list stuff, but the fact is you are slightly afraid of what you are going to get when you get there, and you shouldnt be. beginners are beginners. any good gym will recognize that and be patient with you.
what im trying to say it.... get your ass down there and have a great time.

echo that... just go and train. it will be hard, but it should be. your instructor and team should push you. it should be hard no matter what level you are at!!!
go for it!!!!
thanks.
he turned to me and said " look at the fighters sparring"
and sure enough they were totally shattered with buckets of sweat coming out.
then he said " it never gets easier, you just do more the fitter you get"
Later i realised this wasnt quite true, it gets harder, why:? because when you know how to train and have the technique you are able to focus just on the workout and consequently can have a harder workout.
lame.

hello,
oh yeah. also, when you get to a certain point and don't die, you go further, harder next time. and then don't die. and then go harder. all the while focusing on some specific aspect of your game. all the while sparring to win. all the while looking for more. all the while having a good time doing it. and not dying while you do it!!!!
yep. get harder and harder, just differently. hardens your body as well as your mind.
go for it!!! embrace how hard it is. enjoy the journey!!!!
thanks.
