A clip will be good to see for me, I fight in the next month also so I wouldn't mind seeing what expect from a first amatuer fight.

can vary alot, most ive seen will try to knock you out but lack fitness.
My advice to you is to really bit a fit as ****. get running a good 10k every day and throw in some HIIT as well in the week.
The first fight you have is very hard cardio wise because you will feel a bit of nerves which will drain you cardio wise very fast. Good basic technique, dont try learning anything fancy and great cardio is the key at low levels, oh and a good helping of heart if you can manage it.
MilkandInnards description is pretty much text book stuff of how first fights can go. THe fitter, more determined guy winning.

    well done again Milky.

      Video

      Good news people.

I got the dvd of my fight, for those people who wanted to watch it. But sadly my computer doesn't have a dvd reader.

But next time I'm around at my girlfriends place if I remember I'll copy it and upload it here.

most important, neva eva let him get near u (in other words, make him play UR game)
when eva he tries to close in, push kick him. when u gt the range, kick his legs "make him feel the pain"
and as many said, slow him down with the kicks, once he is slowed down, its easy for u to use ur kicks, or aim for the head =) all the best!
show him wats muay thai! =p haha..
