I started sparring in Muay Thai. I am able to check alot of kicks but i cant check everything so some get though and my leg is sore as hell from getting kicked. I try to stretch it and the pain goes away for about 5 mins and as soon as I sit down it knot's right back up. Is there any way to get it to go away faster (and yes I know someone will say get better at checking kick's) But I want to walk without a "gangster lip", I am a 5'6'' white kid I cant pull it off.
