    hey
    i am 14 and are very skinny for my age and i wish to get a bit stronger to be a more serious contender in tournaments and generally feel better in training, any info would be great, keeping in mind that i cant join a gym or do serious weight training

      Build up some muscle using only your body weight then, here are a couple sites to get you started:

        pushups,chinups and abdominal work, bodyweight squats, box jumps to name a few

            Doesn't your school have weight equipment? My lil' Bro is your age, and he lifts in his PE class. In my experience, schools are actually very good at lifting programs that are both effective and safe for the developing body.

              You have to start eating a decent amount of food. It should be healthy but do include some meat in your diet. While eating right train and exercise hard. You will get in good shape.
