my problem is that i have skinny arms. my body and legs are ok and muscley, but my arms are really skinny. i do thaiboxing every saturday at the the gym when i'm not at school, but arms looking boney (well not that extreme, but u no what i mean). How can i build them up , except from lifting weights?

a good medicine ball routine would help out. That would help tone without bulking to much. You could start off with a 10 pound ball, then 13 then 15 or 16. Shouldn't have to go past a 16 ball. But if you want to save money, you can also put together a sand bag weighing 5, 8, 10, 13, 16 . those are most common weights. 13 pounds is usually the most common out of the bunch. But if you got a routine that some are done with a 13 pound ball, and some of the routine is done with dumbells, If you don't have the dumbells, use the 5 pound sand bag. That works good too.

If you want big arms you have to work triceps and biceps. I would also recommend doing some shoulder presses, and some chest and back work too.
You see everything in your body is connected, all of your muscles. You can target your arms for a year and not notice much improvement, whereas a guy who does a total body workout 3 times a week will get much bigger arms than the guy who is just doing arm exercises.
For you, I would recommend a lot of pull ups, push ups and dips. Don't go overboard with the weights because unless you're working your entire body, you won't achieve much.
You said you dont want to use weights but exercises using your body weight will be good for your purpose. Make sure you are using correct technique on the pull ups and dips (don't shortcut).
