John Wayne Parr's new 3DVD Box Set "Locked & Loaded"

Hi everyone! I've just had the pleasure of working with John Wayne Parr to produce his Muay Thai training DVD's – “Locked & Loaded”. It's something JW has been wanting to do for some time and the programs are pretty special. As Wayne says... ' We've covered everything you need to know in the art of Muay Thai. It's a really great 3 DVD box set that covers the fundamentals of authentic Muay Thai technique, some amazing partner drills and padwork training... there’s a bunch of extras on Wai Kru, hand wrapping and interviews with John Wayne Parr… You can check out his site for special preview clips and info at John Wayne Parr - Locked & Loaded - Muay Thai Training DVD I'd really love to hear any feedback from all you other Muay Thai fans.!

The 3 DVD Box set is due for release in March 2009.

-How much in US?
- Any mitt / thai pad work?
- How does this differ than any other DVD set on the market?

I think it's about $80 USD including shipping. I was thinking about picking it up but want to wait to hear some reviews.

Hi guys, I'm the producer and Director of John Wayne Parr - Locked & Loaded...

On today's exchange rate of 1.54 that makes it USD $64.63. There's 4 hours of program in the 3 disc box set so it's pretty good value. I've seen a lot of training dvd's over the years and I know I'm biased but this is one of the best around. It's shot and produced to a very high standard using broadcast cameras. The content is well presented and easy to understand. There are some great bonus features on Wai Kru, hand wraps and some in depth interviews with JWP. Yes, there is a whole disc on mitt and thai pad training. I know you'll gain a lot from this series.
