    Guys, any help are appreciated. Can someone here give me an overview program on part of your experience training.. thank you so much.

    Adjust your eating habits. Lot's of water and skinless chicken filet. And eat something regularly at 2 hour intervaults. Five, six times a day. Training alone will only get you so far. Oh. And don't skip breakfast.

      You must push yourself to get your heart rate over 150bpm over a sustained period at least 3 x a week, more if possible.

      Eat smaller quality meals and severely reduce fat content. Your diet combined with a hard training regime will make a huge difference so don't sacrifice one for the other as they must work in tandem.

        well get a muaythai banana bag and kick it a lot to develop your legs and it'll be a great workout. diet is a big part but if you want to keep up in class you need to start with kicks and jump rope and lots of both.
