Nice sparring session of Anderson Silva, I liked that elbow popping up.

He has a mma series out now I want to see which I think the clips are outtakes. His timing is excellent. He's got a gift.

Yes it's true, he has good timing a bit like Machida plus he is so fluent it's a pleasure to watch.
He will probably be in the hall of fame, I agree.

It looks rather choreographed. For lack of a better word.

I see what you mean, but it just cannot be choreographed.
Silva is so at ease he makes it look effortless.

Ja well. It's not a real sparring session either. It's a demo. For one they move to quik. Theres no power behind any of those punches or kicks. They couldn't knock out a smurf. Which is why it looks effortlessly. Neither of them has to watch out. Someone on youtube almost wet himself at 1:18 how Silva 'deflected' a four punch combo with just one hand. Completely missing that his partner wasn't even extending his arms far enough to connect even if Silva hadn't 'deflected'

Anderson is moving with his partner, he isnt sparring hard, anyone can see that. But it still shows his ample speed and timing. Its a friendly light movement thing for the camera. Nobody here was stating it was hard sparring or all out sparring.

Someone is sending me the anderson silva boxing for mma dvd, i am looking forward to that. I heard on the dvd, he goes to wildcard boxing and spars with another boxer a few rounds then does pads with freddy roach, who among others coached manny pacquiao.

That's interesting, I think I will purchase his serie later on. Also Chute Boxe had one with the Rua brothers, I haven't seen it but I think it's worth buying.
