Thank you very much Tenzen,its been a bad year and I hate to say that! we have lost 4 friends this year 2 of my students from the gym and I have had a prostate problem all year(not life threatening) which has made sitting and standing very hard for me,8/10 men over 50 will suffer from prostate probs of one kind or another so look after it and supplement your diet with Zinc please guys,sorry for going off topic,I still cant find the Singdam fight!
