        Sanda

        Snow,
I'm not to sure i understand your question. From my experience(i have been doing Sanda for 10 months, since i've been in China),Sanda is th chinese equivalent of MT. There are some take downs involved in SD, but definetly not as effective or complete as JJ. The style itself is a lot like MT. It includes pretty much all the same strikes(punches, elbows, kicks...), but i still believe that MT practitioners are better conditioned.
If you want to incorparate another art to MT, i would definetly recommend adding some JJ. Mixing MT and SD will just confuse you, you are going to learn two different ways of doing the same thing and you will still be an incomplete fighter.

        Just my personal opinion.
