  • Slow Mo Muay Thai Wipe Out

    Hi everyone,

When I went over to Thailand for 14 weeks I got some awesome video of loads of stuff including some fast and furious fights.

I also happen to be a dab hand at editing videos and although this clip didn't exactly require much skill I think you'll like it.

Mayeb you've heard of Rex Redden, he's a Muay Thai champion from New Zealand, and this clip shows him destroying his opponent in the thrid round at some open air fair 100km East of Chiang Mai in July 2001.

The guy had been winding Rex up the whole fight, taking the piss, dropping his guard and getting the crowd to jeer at him and stuff so he had it coming really. Check it out and feel free to comment

Oh and the music's by Aphex Twin by the way...

    Surreal Muay Thai 900k

And there's a lot more where that came from.

Dave, haven't seen your site in ages. You've made some nice changes, its much easier to navigate than the first version was.

Hey thanks Coldfusion. Yeah I decided to completely redo the site as since the old version I have become a lot better at working my video editor and so was able to take a lot clearer stills from the video. So I went through my entire (7 hours long) video again, took about 350 extra pictures from it and got them on the site and then thought I may as well redo all the video clips too as back then they were not very good quality at all and it was difficult to see what was going on.

And then with these two big changes happening I thought hell, I may as well redo the whole thing and redesign it so that I am happy with the whole thing.

So tah daaah, there it is

Congratulations, Dave, on a very nice job on your web site. I hope a lot of people take advantage of a very nice camp.

        Regards,

        Terry

Dave - that's a great site. I wish I could get to do that. I'm a computer programmer, so just another computer geek giving you props on the site and training hard...good luck on getting your run record back
