I have no idea what Iron Cross Pushups are. Maybe I will check it out, maybe I won't. If they are difficult I probably won't do them, lol. But I did see a little Chinese Wushu practitioner demonstrate a pushup where he lay on his side with his palm on the ground beneath his shoulder, then he proceeded to push himself up to full arm length, remaining sideways! Not just 15 or 20 times, either. And I used to be able to do a few handstand pushups, but no way could I ever (probably) do those things. I don't know, maybe he has little skinny wrists. Sometimes at seminars I make people do backwards pushups, where you lie on your back and push yourself up with your elbows. But the only wrist conditioning you get from these is from clinching your fists when you discover how difficult they can be.

He usually lies a sheep on its back before commencing the exercise.

Well, both those types of push ups are very bad for the wrists. Is that useful enough for you Boyo?

You would be amazed at some of the exercises I can do.

People make a big deal of the One Legged Squat. Well, I can do TWO LEGGED SQUATS!

I'm glad you've researched English customs. Perhaps you lot could have them to, since the Welsh hills are now full.

                              I'm back

How come everybody has an opinion about shit, but no ****in input or original ideas? How come I see only a few people bringin ANYTHING to the table? Are you really a martial artist? Where's some training tips or some useful info? This is for EVERYBODY.

RETIRED crazy ass push ups. Look kinda difficult, better yet painful. I'll stick to the iron cross push up. I can only do 1 so for. School is kickin my ass because I can't train because I gotta get a future (education). With my record half assin school won't get me no where. This summer is dedicated to Muay Thai, right now it ain't even in the backseat more like the trunk. Don't get me wrong though I still hit like thunder. What's your training schedule and what do you do at each session? talk 2 ya soon.
