Dunno, mate... would seem like a bit of an anti-climax for some guy to come swinging in to a heavy and pumping entrance theme... when he's only fighting LIGHT CONTACT

I'll play it low this time. I'll just sneak into the ring pretending to be a cornerman or something. Kinda embarassing that most of my friends are fighting full-contact muay thai fights and here I am fighting LIGHT CONTACT (not my fault)

All the full-contact fighters get to come into songs of their choice. Or you can opt to come in to the default entrance song (usually some Club track)

Ah well... I'm stressing out over this fight. I dunno why... its only LIGHT CONTACT

Nah. Its not point fighting. This fell under the absurd "Light Thai rules". There werent many fighters at the tournament and they paired me up with someone 7Kg lighter than me. So they changed the rules slightly to even it out.

basically "Light Contact" is exactly the same as full contact except you dont go for knockdowns or excessive force. Its like sparring. Its stupid really especially if you train for full contact.

Same scoring as full contact though you get warnings and point deductions if they think youre hitting the guy "too" hard. To counter that they also deduct points if the guy is exagerrating his hurt from the shots he is taking (ie: he is a sissy who doesnt liked to get punched)

That fight was anything but "light" contact...
