Cant remember who sang this but it went:
"I like to move it move it, I like to move it move it, girl i like to move it"? Early 90's dance track? That's what i'd use.

I knew someone who used some heavy gangsta thrash when he entered (i didn't know what the hell it was saying) but if it gave him or you a confidence boost then great!!!!!!!!!!

Yes thats it & what a wicked song it was when it came out, i played it to death & still like it now.

My instructor used "Move (Get out the way)" by Ludacrous at his last Vale Tudo match.

If/when I ever go in the ring, "Drop 'Bows" by Ludacrous seems pretty appropriate for thai boxing..."Made you look" by Nas is also cool since it starts with one gunshot then goes into a pretty tight beat.

I listen to rock in the car, but the beats in hip-hop get me more pumped for sparring...
