Elbow types...
Horizontal, Returning Horizontal, Inverted, Returning Inverted, Diagonal Returning Diagonal, Uppercut, Axe, Forwards & Backwards Spike Elbows (many different angles...)
The can be thrown with the intention to cut your opponent or break/crush something. You can throw both elbows at the same time.
Knees....
Straight Knee, Clinching Straight Knee, Curve Knee, Clinching Curve Knee, Side Knee (or Skipping Side Knee), Jumping (or Flying) Knee
There are a variety of angles from which these can all be thrown to any number of targets, too.
Jumping or Flying Knees can be launched in a few different variations, like Jumping Scissor Knee. The most common way is to simply step and jump forwards, aiming your knee to crash directly into your opponent. As the knee is about to meet the target, you thrust your hips forward sharply, popping them into the target.
MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR GUARD UP!!!
