usually 2 hours per day is fine ,going more then that needs time alot of time ,concerning the guyz in thailand they train alot because they have nothing to do except for training ,like the shaolin munks they train more then 12 hours a day but that's because they have nothin to do,so anyway good friend if u have try doing 2 hours per day 5 or 6 times a week w8 for a month and u'll see the difference.
