Hey... had a break from training for quite a while, anyway, i trained the other night and i came over pretty wierd. It was intense, and i was pretty much gasping for breath, during one of the 30 second breaks my whole upper body was covered in a tingling sensation and i went pretty stiff. I felt a bit spaced out too, it soon went but im just wondering the science of it all?
Was my heart trying to pump too much blood and oxygen around my body and neglecting supply the brain?
It's good to be back, i need to get in shape!
