1)no...those things are deadly in the hands of anyone with intent.

    and

2)No...any and all of those things are deadly in of their design. Bombs, knives, and guns are designed for the purpose of taking lives.

(at least most of them, but they don't have to be used for such, i.e. bombs can be used in demolishing decrepit old buildings, or to clear and crush to pave the way for construction, knives can be used as tools and as healing tools (scalpels), and guns can be used to kill animals for food...)

But their original design was engineered for the direct purpose of taking lives. In a way this is a great analogy, a knife can be used to kill, or to heal. At the lower levels of it's use, and it's original use...it kills, but as it becomes more sophisticated, it can also be used to heal. (right, right??)

Are you afraid people won't understand just how stupid you are if you don't type like that? You needn't worry.

No seriously mate, which arts are those that you mean when you say "deadly killing arts" mate?
Maybe any Martial Art in the wrong hands, but the ones that spring to mind are the ancient killing Arts used by Eastern countries in the wars. Northern Shaolin styles that used weapons such as katana, broad sword, or any blade to kill for that matter even a Tanto.

Eagle claw is considered to be deadly in the wrong hands. Most of the Eastern and Northern styles of Shaolin Kung Fu systems of self defence can be used to kill if a Master so desires, but now a days people practice them for health benefits.

Samurai was once a killing art and so was Ninjitsu obviously but has been made historic by the invention of the gun. A Tai chi teacher told me once that accupressure was the essence and base of his teaching methods and fighting system. This told me that even this system if used in an offensive manor could certainly be a potentially deadly Art.

Like many wise Masters say; "In the hands of a sane and/or good man any weapon can be considered safe, though in the hands of an insane and/or bad man a blunt knife can be considered pottentially deadly either to themselves or you".

Eagle claw. Tiger claw. Crane. Snake. even Monkey systems can be used to kill. Dragon, Iron fist, not sure about Iron palm? Maybe even Iron shirt.

Yes I believe this to be true, but to be honest any idiot can kill someone really, but it takes a skilled practitioner to learn to control power focus, or as chinese say chi kung, or as I say force application in accordance to the given situation. Or even better still to restrain a person that has the intent to kill and then also disarm and disable the bad man.

Maybe with that said, this is why Judo, Jujitsu, Aikido, BJJ, Shootfighting, and Submission wrestling can all be considered more safe Martial Arts when used on the street, therefore all being more effective on the streets than the ancient less safe and most certainly less evolved Traditional Martial Arts.

"Samurai" wasn't really an "art", it was a job description/social class.
