I found 3 schools that fit in my schedual. One is Haganah's F.I.G.H.T. Program. I never heard of it. Their web site is http://www.fightingarts.com/ubbthrea...Board=1&page=0, the next one is Systema. It looks interesting, but when I ask questions on-line, no one really knows about it. Their web site is http://www.fighthouse.com/systema/systema.htm. The third one is Attackproof. I think it is also called KI CHUAN DO
. Based on a WWII fighting system taugth to American Troops and Native American fighting (but also has some internal Tai Chi asspects from what they say). This is another one that is not talked about much online but it looks interesting. Their web site is http://attackproof.com/ABOUT-ATTACKP...-training.html.
Well I am just looking for something that will keep my self defence skills up and keep me in shape. They all fit my schedual, and all seem interesting. They are combat type arts from what they say. I just like to hear from some more experienced people on what they would chose. Thanks.
