  • Wisdom of martial arts

I hope people will catch on with this one, and keep adding their knowledge and experience to it

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED FROM MARTIAL ARTS

    1) Leverage can more than make up for strength

    2) Where the head goes, the body is soon to follow

    3) Circular movement is the key of most martial arts

    4) Speed can overwhelm strength

    5) Strike quickly for vital points

    6) Go with the flow

This is just some of the wisdom I have gained from my own personal experience with the martial arts.

Hope to hear what each of you has learned..

    I will add some more

-Break a mans foundation and he will go down quickly

    -Always keep the hands up

I am sure there are some people out there who have some martial wisdom they would like to add to this thread

If your training involves more time in the library than the gym, you're in for a rude awakening.
