I have to tell you the level of high quality instruction out there available to civilians is really getting impressive.

I know nothing about Mike Coup so all I have to go on is what I saw in the clips and I didn’t have sound with these clips so I am sure I missed some important points but what I saw was very straight-up solid HTH.

From what I read there, he's one of the few I'd like to train with. Pressure-tested, straightforward attacking techniques, and sound strategic principles.
