While I'm sure there are exceptions for CLASS 3 licensing California has such messed up GUN LAWS it's not even funny.
My .22 Viper could be considered an "assault" weapon by the design of the clip alone.
In cetrtain parts of the state (cough-LA) you can't even buy ammo with the word "MAGNUM" on it...
How sad is THAT?
LOL

Even most of the people here saying "Shoot at them" or something similar would actually, more than likely, hide behind the sofa, lights off.
Some wouldn't even call 911, more than likely.

shot guns
I don't think it would take a full automatic shot gun to deal with these people.
I think a semi automatic shot gun would do the job nicely.

when i was studying criminology in college, one of our professors told us about a crime that took place outside a big apartment building comlpex. a women was being raped and murdered outside the apartment complex and there were TONS of people watching it all go down from their windows, yet not a single person intervenes or even calls the cops. everyone just assumed someone else had already called 911. everyone watched as the woman was raped, killed, and the guy got up and walked away.
