Self Defense And The Law

I would like to discuss the law regarding self defense and while there are many other forums that discuss that, the problem with most of those other forums is that they focus on guns and the law regarding guns used in self defense. I want to discuss self defense and how the law applies to it when you don't use guns or any weapons other then your own hands and body. Also, Im looking for organizations that lobby for the right to use unarmed self defense if they exist.
